4-7-8 Breathing Method

This method of breathing is an easy and expert-approved way to fall asleep within less than a minute.

Step 1:

Get yourself into a comfortable position on and/or in your bed

Step 2:

Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds

Hold your breath for seven seconds and then…

Exhale slowly through your mouth for eight seconds.

Step 3:

Repeat until you fall asleep.
